ICW’s Return Policy Increases to 90 Days
with NO Restocking Fee.

ICWUSA.COM, Inc. is very pleased to announce that effective March 1, 2014 our return policy will become much more generous. Features of the revised policy are as follows:

  1. ICW will waive the restocking fee on products returned within 90 days of the date of invoice.
  2. Regularly stocked ICW products that are returned after 90 days and less than 150 days from date of invoice will be charged a minimum 15% restocking fee.
  3. You can contact ICW directly to arrange for ICW product return.

* All other ICW return policies have remained unchanged.
