Effective Monday September 9, 2013, ICWUSA.COM, Inc will be standardizing the color of the plastic beauty caps and handles on all ICW products.
All Medical White (MW) and Quartz Gray (QG) with finished arms and assemblies will receive gray beauty caps and gray plastic handles.
All Black (TB), Putty (P) and Tan (T) with finished arms and assemblies will receive black beauty caps and black plastic handles.
The purpose of this standardization is to ensure that ICW products are esthetically color coordinated. Choice of non-standard plastic colors is available upon request. To ensure this transition is smooth, the ICW sales support team will offer this complimentary option to our customers. The ICW IT team is updating the website to show the colored plastics.
